Newline Cushions creates purposeful interiors that express your individual needs, style and personality. They’re a family-owned brand that’s been around for 15 years and all we needed to do was better communicate their offering and values. First, we delivered content guidelines to create key messaging in a fresh and fun tone of voice. Then we executed a brand refresh to elevate their existing brand mark and better convey who they are.
Cushy Collateral
Like we always say, the more consistent at every touchpoint, the better the brand. Which is why we also developed business cards, thank you cards and email signatures to embody Newline’s new direction. This means that at every stage, Newline’s customers feel confident that the brand they’re working with is authentic, personable and inspiring.

For a brand that is all about design and aesthetics, it was critical that we made their website look stunning and work seamlessly.
From the key messages on the home page, down to the newsletter sign-up CTA, we made sure every little bit of copy for Newline works hard to add spark to the customer journey. Their brand values were moved front and centre and we gave the website a high level front end polish with animations and GIFs (we love).
The illustrative components for web represent Newline’s style and help consumers focus on what’s important — the cushions! The bespoke leaf motifs draw upon natural inspiration, shape and linework to create intriguing visual elements.
